Information clause

According to Art. 13 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we inform you , That:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is: Violetta Panasiuk-Strzyżewska, hereinafter referred to as: “Administrator”.
  2. Your data will be processed in order to perform services, contracts, including in order to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on us, e.g. issuing an invoice, for marketing purposes or for purposes confirmed by your consent separately. Marketing purposes include, in particular, presenting you with offers of products and services available in our company (using telephones, tablets, computers, e-mails, messengers, social networking sites).
  3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is: art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR to the extent that the processing of personal data concerns the performance and implementation of services provided by the Administrator, conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party or taking action at your request before concluding a contract (Article 6(1b) of the GDPR), fulfillment of our obligation (Article 6(1c) of the GDPR).
  4. Providing personal data is not mandatory, however, failure to do so will make it impossible to provide services provided by the Administrator.
  5. Your personal data will be stored for the period of:
    1. In the case of data processed on the basis of consent, they will be processed until its withdrawal or objection in the case of direct marketing.
    2. In other cases, your personal data will be stored until the business purpose ceases. We also store data, in particular for the duration of the contract concluded with you, and also after its completion for the purposes of:
      1. pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
      2. performance of obligations arising from legal provisions, including in particular tax and accounting,
      3. prevent abuse and fraud.
  6. The administrator does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.
  7. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal. A declaration of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data must be submitted in writing or electronically to the e-mail address info@gobit.com.pl
  8. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body if you find that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  9. Based on your personal data, the Administrator will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling.
